How to Place an Order

We are often asked how it all works – where do we go from here? Below is a simple guide to how the order process works .Wylies is familiar with the supply chain network and can work from scale drawings to provide a quote at tender, should the project be a new build. We are flexible and committed to each project and can offer phased delivery to suit your needs if you have a particular need we will do our best to oblige. 

  1. Onsite survey:
    A no obligation meeting can be arranged with one of our dedicated Sales Team to determine your needs .If possible we will conduct a site survey at this time, or alternatively arrange a convenient 2nd appointment. enabling us to provide a quotation for you.

  2. Fabric Selection:
    Should you require fabric from Wylies either select from one of our ranges or consider a bespoke one off design. Wylies can order your specified fabrics for you or work on a C.O.M basis.
    Please note not all fabrics are suitable for the contract market, Wylies would be happy to advise you on the suitability of fabric application for the correct end use.

  3. Quotation
    Taking all of your points from the initial meeting we are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible, working to your budget outline. Our quotations are provided in a detailed itemised format. Providing a room by room quote if necessary With a follow up call to discuss any queries you may have and to make sure we are the right company for you. When you’re happy a mobilisation payment will confirm your order.
     
  4. Manufacture
    Each order is treated individually and manufactured to the highest standards by experienced staff within our purpose built factory here in the UK, with rigorous quality checks at each stage of manufacture to ensure continuous commitment to quality. Wylies is committed to the best products at affordable prices.
     
  5. Installation
    Your order will arrive onsite at a prearranged date in the care of our experienced Installation team; The team will be fully contactable on the day of fitting and will endeavour to meet any special requests you may have.
     
  6. After Sales
    On completion your specified person will be left with a bespoke Wylies magazine file containing all your specifications and FR certificates and details should you which to re-order any spare items. It does not stop there our after sales service is second to none and we are happy to help with any further questions you may have.
