By far our most popular heading is the pinch pleat incorporating an adjustable hook system. Rather than traditional pin hooks; all of our pleated curtains feature the patented adjustable hook system. This system inserts a durable nylon spine with an adjustable nylon hook, which gives the pleat more strength as the weight of the curtain is distributed over a greater area. In our experience contract curtains manufactured using this system, are fully cleanable without removing the hooks, a system often preferred by housekeepers. Prices are comparable to a pencil pleat heading, as we are set up to manufacture in this way without the need to draw up the curtains. Micro flex creates perfectly positioned pleats for a smart uniform drape, stackback and ease of handling.
